Hello my name is Sam, and for my twenty percent project I did baking bread. This week my goal was to bake piccata Bread. I baked some and it turned out great, but not perfect. Some struggles I had were the sourdough starter. The sourdough starter we had to make from scratch because we ran out of it so that was an extra step in the process of making the bread. Some accomplishments that we had was making the sourdough I personally feel like I did a pretty good job with the starter because it took a long time but was worth it. I worked on my Tri-fold a bit in class so today I will try to get my pictures printed and Tri-fold done, then I have to work on my script.
